MICHAEL

Prior to obtaining a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of New Orleans, Michael took classes for engineering physics at Fordham University where he studied machine design and finite element analysis. A recent BSME graduate, Michael has experience in machining, FEA, ANSYS, and CAM packages. He currently works with the 1881 Research Institute as a mechanical design engineer, where he develops concepts, synthesizes a variety of mechanisms, and fabricates prototypes using small-scale CNC equipment.
